Payment will be required within 24 hours of acceptance (Dec 6).
Hotels have been block booked, once your team has confirmed acceptance you will receive hotel booking information which must be booked no later than Dec 31, 2021.
Refunds after acceptance confirmation will only be considered if team entry and hotels can be used by another team.
